Description: The primary focus of the group is to foster a positive self-image and empower girls to develop a healthy relationship with themselves. The group sessions cover various aspects related to self-esteem and self-love, such as building self-awareness, challenging negative self-talk, and enhancing body positivity. Recommended for ages 11-18. Every Wednesday, there is one middle school group at 6:30 PM and one high school group at 8:30 PM EST. This is an open group, which means individuals can join at any point. Criteria: A 15-minute consultation with the parent and client is required before the start of the group. At the end of the consultation,the client will be scheduled for the group, and an email with all further details will be sent out if the individual is deemed a right fit for the group.
